Went fur a wee run roon the loop oan Skye, goat tae Staffin an took the Quirang road, absolutely pishin doon.
Heavy hail shower halted play and had me headin for home, all be it slowly.

Went over to Fermanagh yesterday evening to do the Kesh road ride recce today. Pished for 25 of the 70 miles on the way over, we had a few wee showers today and then it feckin lashed for about 40 miles on the way home this evening.

Still, it was good to be out and about.

Nipped out at 1pm for the 15 miles to mums at Banff to show her how her new digi camera works that i bought for her yesterday and then took the longway back which is about 15 miles of proper rough stuff - was fairly soft in a few places leading to almost dropping the bloody thing, but great fun - and just got caught in the rain on the way back just as the tyres were freeing themselves of caked mud........interesting

Got home at 15.25 - great to get out.

My wife is expecting our first anytime so poor thing may just have to deal with the odd fun outing other than just for work.
