XCountry first ride

Picked up my XCountry from Rainbow this morning and rode it the long way home, 70 odd miles, via Sutton-on-Trent and Ollerton.

Any suggestions for interesting local rides around South Yorks and the Peaks most welcome.
Not looking for off road trails particularly but B Roads and back lane tarmac with the odd farm yard thrown in might be fun.
