after much faffing about i have managed to find some 75/140 oil for the FD - you cant get saf-xo here and all the dealers use saf-xj instead.
i asked at the dealer for some of the moly grease and recieved a blank look, the spanner monkey appeared with a tub of bearing grease!! This is what they use for the FD splines
i certainly wont be using them for a service now i know that... they also didnt know anything about the white grease for the gaiter either - they dont even have any in the workshop..
makes me wonder what else they are or are not using during the services.....
