I have recently updated my Nav 5 software/ maps and the wizzy wheel function works for changing the nav screens but the zoom function is not not working via the wheel. Any ideas how to resolve?

Unlikely to do with the maps and more to do with the contacts or the wheel. Clean the contacts behind the sat nav, reinstall and try again. A bit of contact cleaner into the scroll wheel may also help.

Randomly started working, I had taken the unit off & on, so could have been a contact issue.
