zumo trouble

Dead zumo 550
Will not turn on Bike power mains power battery out battery in still nothing. was ok when i last used it, the only thing i can think of is it was face down on a table could have been left on for the past week.
Any ideas cheers

Mine did exactly the same thing, had to return it to Garmin to be sorted, but sorted it is!

What charger?

Garmin told me that a completely flat zumo will never charge up via the USB lead into a computer as the level of amps is way too low. I had lost the original charger and assumed any phone charger with a mini USB plug would do the job.... It didn't.

I borrowed a mates real gamin charger, left it on the mains overnight and away it went.

Mine did this and for some reason removing the battery, then re seating it and trying it all again worked...

And i know this has worked for several others...

No harm in giving it a go before you return it.

Have done all the tricks ect nothing worked have now sent it back again! Just see how long it takes this time?
