Garmin img. file , basecamp and more help needed

I have 2 IMG files for Ireland and was hoping to get them to work on Memory map, has anyone got any idea how to change these files over to QCT or MMO files to work on Mem Map?
They open up from the SD card in Basecamp perfect but cant transfer them to my PC, i have transfered from SD card to PC but Basecamp doesn't recognise them that way. Been searching for days and still no closer on how to do it

You can see them in Basecamp using ImDisk Virtual Disk Driver

Its a buckshe utility that makes the file a virtual disk. Its then mounted as a removable device and Basecamp sees it just like your GPS unit.
