R1250gs engine problems

Started my 2019 r1250 gs this morning
Went to drive off and no power
Like bike is in limp mode
3 messages on tft screen
1- engine control fault
2 - engine
3- key fob battery 50% no impairment
Any help what problem might be
 
Have you checked the throttle connectors at the back of the throttle grip? if one is dislodged it'll give this issue.
 
I suppose you could try the normal remedy for most things these days disconnect a battery terminal, have a coffee then reconnect it and hope it heals itself!

I believ some bikes had issue with duff battery that BMW replaced under warranty, and teapotone had problems with his loan BMW where he had fault messages like yours needing him to be brought back from Cornwall with bmw assist for a new battery to make it all better (video on you tube)
