)Like the title suggests, where's the best / cheapest place to pick up a rear Battlewing for my F800GS (Yellow... the faster one)
Was contemplating taking one down to Greggers DIY session on the 28th before several long rides throughout March.
Have had a bit of a poke around the internet, some personal opinions will be beautiful.
Cheers,
Ben

english!!!! how dare you,Only the english could think a colour makes a bike go faster - Its obviously the size of the GS sticker on the bike that determines your terminal velocity!

To be honest I barely take the bugger off road so it's not really a case of tyre choice, I'm pretty happy with the Battlewings and was just wondering if anyone had found a bargain price floating around.

Try the Michelin Anakee 2's. They have a better wear rate than the Battlewings and are far superior in the wet! They are not too bad in the snow either which surprised me![]()
ILMV ..is a fair weather rider!!!!111 Do not believe his utterances about doing long this long that *Coughs*..
walks away leaving the chaos behind

About 100 Km... the thing is that I won't be in Belgium at that time, from the end of february till mid MarchIde .. if no one else bags your old tyres, I'll have them ...
I have a friend doing a trial in Awaille in a couple of weeks - is that far from you?
