Just my pennies worth fellas
Just about to scrap my hiedi k60's after 5500 miles, still a bit of life inn them but squarer then a dice now, they have been a great tyre both on and off road although not that good on clay based dirt.
#
before that i had the karoo2 t which is almost like the tkc but cheaper and great on and off road. only got 2000 miles out the back though.
i have used tkc's on many bikes but the cost has put me off these days.
NOW THEN!!!! what is intresting is that Mitas (formally trellibourg) has a new tyre on the block, the E10 adventure, its a great price at around $80 for the rear and id being used by the bmw offroad skill so that must say somthing.
70% off road 30% 0n so its horses for courses,
i have always had big trail bikes and have to say knobblies on the road!!! whats the problem, you may feel a little movement but they will hold on much harder than our brains seem to tell us. they also keep you on your toes which can only improve your riding skills.
on that note, enjoy what ever you shod your steed in.
