OK ... I know some of you have 'bike's over the 100,000 mile mark, but did you have them from new? Did you do it in five and a half years?

F800GS bought new March 2008
15 front tyres
19 rear tyres
6 chains and sprockets
7 head bearings
9 sets rear pads
1 set front pads
2 rear discs
2 sets rear wheel bearings
1 set front wheel bearings
1 alternator/rectifier
Cost? Don't give a fuck
If this bike disappeared in a puff of smoke today it owes me nothing
Always genuine parts fitted, without reservation, without regrets. DID Professional chains after initial warranty period. Serviced by myself from the start but with help and guidance from those that know ... you know who you are, thank you

Some of the fittings'n fasteners have a little rust on them. I'll change them when I have the time
