Depending on where it was imported from, possibly a cat and lambda sensor?

Mine had a new MPH speedo and new UK headlamp fitted by the dealer, mine was a Dutch import.

I believe that all European and American bikes had a CAT as standard. Not so sure about further afield.

The giveaway is the lamda sensor which is fitted just to the rear of the main downpipe clamp - on the first bit of pipe that forms the original exhaust.

That's the only difference of any real importance.. the different dip and KM clock should be obvious.

mine was owned by a german police man,and it does have the sensor.
silly question but whats it for anyway

it measures the amount of Oxygen in the exhaust gas from the engine - communicates the info to the Moronic (sic) - which then alters the fuel/air mixture accordingly - so that the final emissions are within the spec europe likes.

apart from that its a pointless piece of shite.. i had one - took it off (replaced the exhaust with a UK one) and the bike is now running better than it ever did before.

Hi Stu,
After a quick look at your moto the other night...
I'd say nothing to worry about...just ride it..
you said the head light had passed a MOT...
then for me the only thing i'd be worried about
is the cash to filling the tank...

Hows the clutch now ???
