New Back tyre: changed at 8,000 miles or thereabouts in Calais (about 200 Euro I think - kinda needed it doing)
New Front Tyre: changed at 12,000 miles
Brake pads: not changed yet (still like new.... )
Do you push it everywhere?

Nice pic

Honda Firestorm to a 15 month old R1200GS with full computer ABS and Vario luggage. I love it already (it was fantastic comming out of London round the M25/M3 in Friday's rush hour - loads of confidence in traffic) I came to it via an Ebay purchased Dominator (bought for my son to ride) and loved the change in riding style, watched Long Way Down and was done for! I look forward to my first foray into Europe at the end of May.43,000 miles on my 06 1200GSA, and it is fantastic. In fact it run's better now then it ever did.
I luv's me Bertie I do (My daughter named him Bertie)

08 GSA - Just ticked over 20k tonight, I was thinking riding back from work today, there is no other bike in my 35 years of riding I would rather be on - besides a (warrantied) switch failure, like my other 3 R1200GS/A's they have all been nothing short of fantastic - I will be doing my annual change soon - and I cant think of another bike I would rather have ..........![]()
