Thanks. Anywhere I can buy new?
Your nearest dealership. If OOS, they order it in......Thanks. Anywhere I can buy new?
I've just bought (My Wife actually) the current BMW charger, For the Lithium bikes, from my dealership, And it isn't that. That is a BMW general Charger, sold for all BMW vehicles, Predominantly cars. Re-Badged BMW. That charger has been out for over ten years. The Motorrad charger for Lithium, is the Black square Charger Plus.just checked here in NL with the dealer. They said the black square one is no longer produced and the new model is now this one.

I did go through this recently with An other. I suppose, as lone as its Lithium compliant, Its all goodthat's as maybe but when I tried to get my BMW motorrad dealer to order one of the square ones as you recommended, that's the message I got......not too happy either.....

Heres a question for you.yup I saw that......sometimes I think these guys have no clue......I rarely listen to them when they give their new bike delivery review before you ride off. I read up myself, and yes, I did read the user manual, all 234 pages cover to cover.....
If anyone wants a copy......I have it
Guess it does the same thing if you have adaptive ride height??.Heres a question for you.
Before I go search my Manual.
The R1200GSA with ESA suspension. Advises the suspension settings are cycled every 1500, 2000 miles. To keep everything moving and free.
Does the R1300GSA say the same ?
Thats what i thought. That would cover it. However, the manual covers both OE options and non options. I bought mine without ARH.Guess it does the same thing if you have adaptive ride height??.
Maybe the auto ride height, and auto suspension keep making adjustments to suspension spring settings anyway??. So they will keep things moving & bring up errors if anything is wrong.Thats what i thought. That would cover it. However, the manual covers both OE options and non options. I bought mine without ARH.
Think it's a sort of semi dry sump. So until it's started and up to temperature you don't get an accurate reading in the site glass. Ive found that once you have done it correctly via the side stand, and holding upright, then put it on the centre stand and make a mental note of where it is. Just use that as a reference for future.Ive not even started my new bike yet. But i did check the oil level. There isn't any oil showing in the window
Ill run it up and check it. My 12 always clearly showed the oil in the round window.
Cheers. Ill get used to it once i start using it.Think it's a sort of semi dry sump. So until it's started and up to temperature you don't get an accurate reading in the site glass.
