Hello all,
New here and after a brilliant test ride I have decided to look into getting a either new or recent GS1200 TE. I currently have an RT1200 from 2011 which is absolutely brilliant for "real world biking". Why change? Just because I am afraid that if I don't I will end up on the RT forever and miss some fun
Now... money!
I have been quoted close to 18500 for a new bike with luggage gps alarm bars and akra.
This is basically just adding up the options to the new bike as far as i can tell and, here is the rub, it means a massive year one depreciation. i have bought new before so i expect some but this seems quite big.
Am I missing a trick? From what i read some dealers make an effort on accessories etc, am i wrong?
