I have found that when my fuel range give 10 miles to empty, I fill up and the bike will only hold 14/15 litres. What are you guys getting fom your 2010 models. TIA.:)

Well over 250 miles. The Fuel gauges are truly pants, BM need a kick up the arse over these ridiculous 'electronic strip' gauges that are both inaccurate and incredibly unreliable.
My job bike (RT) is on its second fuel gauge, and ironically, this one has packed up today. (full tank of gas, gauge says I'm empty .... :blast).

** EDIT, Ooops, sorry, I have a GSA and I see your question relates to a GS! My GSA, will do nearly 300 miles, not sure about the standard GS. But I still think the guages are pants!
I'll shut up now ....!! **

It's a 20l(nominally) tank. Why not work out your MPG over a few tank fills and then you'll know what to expect for your style of riding.

Me personally - I fill up once I go over 200 miles. I think 240 was the most I ever got, but I then put in 22l of fuel

I'm getting about 48mpg (commuting) with super-unleaded implying a tank range of approx 210-220. Seems to be about 2 litres left when the range says zero. Will try a comparison with standard 95 for a couple of tankfuls to see if there really is a difference with this engine.

I fill mine up when it says 30-40 miles left. Get about 30 litres in, but then mine's a GSA :thumb
