My preference wouldn't be for a hard tail, I prefer my bikes to be usable. By pricing it up I'm just getting an idea on what's affordable. There's little point in throwing thousands of pounds at my old Beemer. I think it would cost around £3k to come up with something along the lines of the kohl bike which is a non starter for me.
Getting gia to make a modern version of that plunger frame in aluminum would be something I'd be interested in. Make the plunger arrangement to take some decent rear shocks and the frame to take all the /7 engine and cycle parts. Grimeca 4ls front brake. Maybe £6k ish? Could be interesting.
