Shep has kindly agreed to do supply and engrave the plaque for a very minimal fee to cover his outlays and asks that we instead make a donation to Gert's Just Giving account.

So, this means that with everything covered, the bench will cost each person on Ze List

£15

I hope that's acceptable (too bad if it's no'...)

Gi'e yersels a pat on the back :clap

I've sent PMs to everyone (I think) with details of where to send your £15.

Can you please let me know if you didn't receive a PM and I'll send you my address.

Thanks

Bench is now--in kit form --in my workshop. Looks very good--solid--very substantial. Nice people too. I will make a start on assembling it with the thooooosands of nuts and bolts. Good buy. We will need to shift it in my trailer, and it will need 2 bodies to get it in--upside of that is that so will anyone who wants to nick it.

Is it possible to concrete someting into the ground where the bench is going, then chain/bolt/fix the bench to it.

Gerrard gives a shout if its possible and you need a hand.

Thanks Kevin. I was thinking we could mell in a stob/s and bolt bench to it/them. We would need to agree where we want it if its going to be fixed. Pop in next time your'e touring past and take a look.

I'll give Pam a phone and see if there's anywhere that they don't want it placed. If there's no problem and we can get it secured to the ground, I'd suggest in front of the hall/kitchen area on the grass, near the roadway fence?

Where Kirky's trousers ended up?
