A Yorkshire Day ... with JB

Malc left us as we rejoined the road to Gayle, but JB took me onto another new to me lane. Parks have a sneeky way of signing many roads with a timber sign but no 'byway' and just a distance...welll, I'm sure it's deliberate to blur lines, anyway, as signed at other end it is a road.

John showed two other new to me lanes near Thornton Rust I think...though frankly I don't think we'll be returning too soon, ridden for evidence, narrow, boulder-strewn, vegetated and bloody tricky to ride - no indication the walkers or anyone else wants them either

4 days later me boots are nearly dry...and I dare say that ford is pretty damn full again
