A432 France

Is the northern section of the A432 (Lyon bypass) open? - it was due to open in 2011. It's the bit from the junction with the A46 (Les Echets) down to the junction with the A42.

Just over a week ago I rode Pont d'Ain to Vienne via D1075 - D20 - D75 - D518 - D75 and saw nothing to suggest the D432 was closed , if that helps?

Was only asking because as far as I understand it was a new road under construction - google earth shows the top bit missing - wasn't sure if they had finished building it yet, even thought it was supposed to open in 2011. I will do some more research, my Michelin maps are out of date.
