For Sale ABR 2026 prices

There will be more toilets next year is my prediction! No other large show has taken place over the Glastonbury weekend largely cos they can’t get the toilets, security, staff, fencing etc. Glastonbury sucks up all the festival infrastructure countrywide. With Glastonbury having a year off next year equipment and staff will bountiful!

Only if the ABR management feel it necessary to invest further amenities into the event.
I never understood why next to the toilet/shower block in the camper van field they had pods for people to piss in. They were situated right next to the washing up area so as you washed up in glorious sunshine you could breathe in the rich yeasty smell of someone else’s piss.
Not just that but it wasn’t really appropriate for kids, (boys and girls) to be with their parents washing up when less than ten foot away some geezer gets his dick out and starts relieving himself in full view.

Well if they were 2500 down on bikes god knows how long you would have had to wait for showers or toilets
Also Marshalls to help with where to pitch up
It basically looks as you have to be there by Thursday dinner to get pitched where you want it’s a miss for me in 2026
We had Thursday tickets but because Alun didn't pay the traffic management company to manage vehicles EXITING check in - it was a total shit show so those who were first in were some of the last to be able to get out. So by the time many got to the camper field that was also a shit show, with zero management from the traffic Marshalls.
Setting out massive areas with tape, parking vehicles sideways, laying out chairs to block out pitches, etc is not on but wasn't policed.
Mr Davies has had the last of our money this year. We won't go again when he can't keep a single promise he makes year on year about sorting the problems from making it bigger each time.

The urinals are a good idea - the placement however is stupid.
ABR won't put any more toilets in. There were more facilities for the clamping than the entire 2 areas of the campers.
When there were 2.5 times to number of vehicles this year and the same number of facilities(not content the urinals) as the first post-lockdown event, blaming glasto for lack of available units is bullshit. He simply does not want to pay for them.

Yep I’m giving it a miss this year due to inflated price hike £199 can get you a nice weekend break in Windermere including breakfast for two for Friday and Saturday night

The YHA at Coniston is half that! Fabulous place up the hill out of the way in the old mine manager's house. Private room for 2. ;)

I had to go to medical tent due to grit be lodged in my eye while there a paramedic was taken off his bike as he was riding round on the off road course
This was the worst year on the off road course due to idiots thinking they could ride a bike fast . I anticipate marshalling will change next year otherwise more people will be injured than in 2025

I agree with this, ABR is a fabulous place for beginners to take their bikes off road, without worrying if they have decent tyres or not and it should be a relatively safe environment for that. There was a 30mph speed limit in 2024 so assume that was the same this year, it just needs to be more actively enforced where people are being muppets.

I also dont see it as a place for enduro bikes at all, whilst they are allowed on the TRF trail (assuming it is the same as 2024), it's no challenge at all with no real technical sections (ignoring the bog of doom). The TRF trail should then be for the ADV bikers wanting a little more of a challenge.

They had a nightmare this year with riders thinking it was a race track.

On Friday. they closed the trails for a while whilst the air ambulance came in to pick up a customer.

I was told there were 15 biggish prangs in quick succession.

I bought a trail ticket today. Not even sure Ill use it. Not keen on taking the big GSA off road like that. I'd need better suited tyres.

Maybe a smaller enduro spec bike to take..

Probably OK if it's dry.

I did 2 laps in 2019 on a ‘borrowed’ Yamaha WR450F that I blagged from Yamaha UK and that was fine people wise, albeit on very lame terrain
In 2022 I took my XR400 and had a trail ticket
The event and persona had changed a lot and there were KTM enduro bikes razzing around everywhere including the Van camping areas like morons
So much to say I didn’t use the trail whatsoever and took the XR out on the road, for a spot of lunch in some of the local villages

Who’s to say the camper van area riders aren’t lounging around having a beer in the sun and then going out on the trail for a laugh
No road riding involved, so no danger to losing your licence
Maybe some cannabis smoking too? ….that’s rife now at some MX & Enduro events too

I wonder how many of the Glastonbury crowd are going to rock up especially in there campers to the ABR because there’s no event for them in 2026 and the ABR does have good music all day and into the night. Time will tell. I won’t be attending next year but I will find somewhere else to go and spend my money (quiet and peaceful ideally). I hope those that do attend have fun and find improvement from this years event.
