Hi
On sunday i went greenlaning in the cotswolds.
Now the ABS is inactive when the bike is started light stays solid but if you press the ABS button it flashes then turns off after you move off.

Any suggestions on how to switch it back round to normal settings (i.e. switched on at startup)

Thanks

Shaunj

P.S. Saw something on advrider awhile ago but can't find the thread now

to my knowledge the abs is set on as standard and resets on with each cycle of the ignition, The only thing I can think of is the abs ring on the wheels are full of crap and the pick up probe isn't working...
Clean the abs rings and take the probe off and clean them as well...
Sorry if this doesn't help...Tosh

Can't remember but i think the abs rings were pretty clean (will double check in the morning) but i can't see how it would affect it on startup surely the light should flash and then an error show when you start to pull away if the rings were mucky and the sensors couldn't pick it up
