Accelerator Module

Mine's an '11 GSA, it has certainly helped smooth out the low speed throttle response and made everything smoother.
When I checked to see if it was working via my GS911 here's what I found.

Notice the air intake temperature is reading -3C , about 18 degrees colder than the engine and 20 degrees colder than the air in my workshop. It works well, and for the money and ease of installation it's good value. :thumby::thumby:

After reading the thread I also bought one and fitted it this morning. Fitting it was easy enough ( I opted for the basic option) and took around 30 mins taking care.

As it's dry I took it out straight away. The first thing I noticed was it started as normal and idled smooth. In a bit of a hurry I stalled it pulling off - first time of doing so on the GS - but getting it started was not as easy. It exhibited a 'flooded' type start and ran rough for about 5 seconds till it cleared.

Pulling off it immediately felt smoother and more responsive. Out on the open road it does feel more torquey bottom end. It still burbles and pops on overrun but no where near as pronounced as before. I really enjoyed the ride, the difference is not earth shattering but just 'better'.

I pulled back on the drive and took my helmet off and gave the throttle a few blips, it's now developed a back fire (probably once in every 5/6 blips).

For £30 it seemed like a no brainer and I'm happy with the results so for the time being it's staying on!

yes i bought a second hand one off ebay,i fitted it the other day but its rained since i fitted it and i always seem to be at work ,but i will get to try it one day soon.
