I use a 3/8 drive one from the Halfords professional range. Good quality but not silly money. If you know anyone with a Halfords trade card you can get it even cheaper.
Remember, you can pay to much for tools as your only "home spannering" . Its not worth spending Snap on tools sort of money for home tools.
You can soon spend way to much if you don't watch out. Ive been acquiring tools since i was an Apprentice mechanic in 1978 and now my roll cabinet is way heavy.
Amongst the ESSENTIAL tools ive got is a Laser Torque wrench which use Crowfoot spanner ends, rather than a square drive.Used it once in 2008, never touched it since. A total waste of money.
So be warned, shiny tools are like a drug habit

once you start it runs away with you.
