Alarm question

Hi

I have a 2017 1200 GS TE Exclusive. It has an alarm, my question is how do I get it to make an audible bleep on activation and de activation.

If you have dial instruments and no remote control (which you wont have on a 17 model) then you cant. It has to be plugged into the Mothership. Kerching!!

If you have a TFT screen then you can scroll into the menus, find the alarm and them select or de-select the audible beep from there.

Can't you do it in the BC SETUP / BC CUSTOM menu?

I am sure I did mine myself in the BC setup... I will have a look later today. But google it or ask the dealer... don't pay for it.

Thanks, the bike is a pre reg so really brand new so I won’t be paying for it, I really appreciate your help

Had a good look and couldn't find it, so maybe I have misremembered ... sorry, it's the age of the beast just call em up and get it done next time you are at the dealers
