I have been looking for earphones which have good sound and fit under the helmet. I have tried all the usual cheap options - Sony fontopia etc but could never get the bloody things to stay in. I have searched and compared Shure, Etymotic and Q-jays and was becoming jaded/baffled by it all. I did not go for the ER6i because of the Bass issue, the Q-jays because of the 'filter' issues so went to the Apple store in the Trafford Centre and blagged a try of a few Shure sets (took my lid with me). First up was the E2c's which look big but were ok getting lid on and off. Second was the SE210. These looked smaller but kept being knocked out?? Next comes the daddy - the SE530. Size wise similar to the E2c's but flatter in the lugole? Lid went on and off no probs and the sound was awesome
