I've had a search and still not sure what... so here goes:
R1100GS, 1999 bike, oil pressure light not going on. Bulb is OK, have cleaned the contact and switch, it did come on after cleaning with ignition on, went out when bike started, but has stayed off since. Getting 12.44 volts through wiring at ignition on, bulb still off.
Assume therefore it's the switch? or something else?
Bit of a bugger as off to North Wales on Wednesday, not sure motoworks can post that fast! Is this a common part a local motor factor would hold?
