Thanks for the company today laddys and ladies good rideout my first with the group

Little did I know at 9.30 this morning that the initiation is to ride 200 miles of single track farm roads, get introduced to several farm animals on the way, resit the U turn part of my bike test from 20 years ago with a audience of tossers watching in 2" of mud and then finally being baptised with the bike by crossing a roaring river at full flow

All in all a great day out !!!

ps I missed the part out about having to ride to Scotland just for some Mc Chicken nuggets for me Sunday dinner

I think I'll modify the route for our visitors in May, seeing 20 GS's doing that u-turn uphill and in mud would be fun but likely to get me lynched

I'll have another go and sort a proper lunch stop next weekend
