Autocom SPA - Problem

Hi folks, just fitted my unit to my 05 1200 GS as per the instructions. Fitted the main unit in the tool tray, wired the earth to the battery and the live to the switched live on the auxiliary socket. Tried the headsets and mike with everything connected per instructions, also tried my mp3 player via the Aux 4 socket. Tried it all with the engine running......nada, nothing from anything. Then wired it (temp) via a 5amp fuse to the battery, still nothing. Am I doing something wrong or does the unit have a problem.

Checked it with a meter, there is power to the unit and the earthing is fine.
Any suggestions

I would contact the dealer you purchased it from or a Autocom dealer & ask them, I fitted my SP-A and tested the head unit fine but not installed the headset in my lid yet.

I have the negative (-) going to the battery & the positive (+) going to my rear light so it is connected to fused ignition like suggested in the instructions.

All sorted, one of the plugs was fitted to the wrong socket. Working a treat now. Thanks Bill.
