Autocom with Nokia 3310 or 6021

I have both the above phones, the 3310 has a 2.5mm jack socket for hands free but the supplied autocom lead doesnt work fullf wiith the phone, they can hear me speaking but I cant hear them. supplied lead is 4 pole 3.5mm for autocom
3 pole 2.5mm for the phone.
I know for the 6021 I need an adaptor but not sure for the 3310.

can anyone help, where is Rich when you need him

Ive been away with my misses mate lol so no pc time. So phone wise ive got the 3310 listed as our Part 1256 to get it connected as the 6021 on a Part 1248. Both adaptors are a tenner each
