Hi Al.... that looks like a cracking event... and Norway is just the dogs danglies.. I was there on my own a couple of years ago for mid summer on my trusty old VFR750... the mountains and fjords in the South are just stunning... you just have to watch for speed cameras and impromptu plod hiding in bushes on the main roads... but once your up in the wild stuff its just awsome...

I'm sure that Liv will be able to give you some further info seeing as she's resident...

Yea, I was suprised she didn't put a link to this event up already... Near to Oslo too...

I'm actually going for almost 3 weeks of twisties in June with a group from the UK... Meeting them in Denmark as they get off the ferry... Despite almost 800km of freeway at the beginning and end, I'm looking forward to it!

If the first and last day's ride doesn't leave lasting (bad) memories, I'll consider going again for this thing perhaps... I've been before and love the country.

I'm sorry I did not tell you about this!
But as it is not something I would do, I guess it is not often on my mind...
I prefer to ride my belt driven Rotax BMW on tarmac, and I don't do camping much... But I should keep in mind many of you do!
