im sure someone posted on here once,how to turn a photo into an avatar,any ideas??

Open it in any graphics prog.
Crop/resize it to a square of 120x120 pixels, no bigger than 19.5 kb
Save it, upload it using user cp.
Or post the pic here and I'll do it pronto
