Just like to report that I have received excellent service (again) from from Barrie Robson at York.
I needed a spare key urgently for my bike but BMW did not manage to get it to Barrie when I was at York yesterday. They said that they would post it out by next day delivery but that was not satisfactory as I am going away early next week and there was a risk that I would not get it.
Kevin promised that I would get it even if it meant he had to deliver it personally which he did this evening even though it meant a long round trip. Top bloke.
