BB POWER CHIP (HELP!)

Fitted BB power chip tonight to 2003 ADV. When starting up revs it's head off and have to kill engine before it blows. Any ideas ?

Hi Kev, Just me, having a scan around and found this under throttle reset in the technical section. Kenny

"Have you done a Throttle Position Sensor reset?

Pull fuse No. 5, leave out for 30 seconds, and then replace.

Switch on the ignition (don't start the engine)

Open and close the throttle fully, twice.

Switch off the ignition.

See if that helps."

PANIC OVER

All now okay.Throttle cable was stuck half open because of tank removal.
