My premium was up £50 on last year. Did the compare thing. Then when my broker came back to discuss, they eventually dropped the price knocking off the £50 and I got the policy a £1 cheaper than last year for the same cover and £200 excess
Well my bike was the same value and is still around 16k and my excess is £200, that is compulsory and no voluntary
Waiting for a call back...hoping for good things
Hi
How did you request a call back? Please let me know if you do not get this so I can chase it up for you.
Dean
I'm in the same boat as Popell still awaiting a call back. They can't be that busy surely??
Called yesterday, requested call back, which was received within a couple of hours.
Changed bike, cost me thirty quid (which I thought was very good) and docs by email before the call ended.
Perfect.
Check the details on the docs, see post#171.
All sorted now thankfully. I was on the point of cancelling, not particularly because of the (small but significant) errors, but because my wife reminded me that I had euro breakdown via one of the bank accounts covering me personally on/in whatever mode of transport i happen to be with.
But cba in the end, lifes too short to go through it all again(until next year)

Ha! 5 minutes later I receive a call back, only to advise me that all agents are busy and that someone will call back later today or tomorrow.
