fairly sure big end bearing is gone on my beloved '94 r1100gs 85k km's... whats involved in fixing it, how long, should it be done by an experienced bmw mechanic, any advice ??
Oh no! My 1100s' on the same mileage.
According to my Haynes manual the connecting rod and bearings can be removed with the engine in place.
