Bike dead - live BMW Assist challange

Went to the bike this morning and tried the bike, no lights or whirring at all. Too much of a rush to find out what wrong so left it on the optimate and went to work. Fine two days ago when parked up.
Still the same on my return even after disconnecting the battery and reconecting it to see if it reset anything.

Now here`s the test

Rang BMW Assist at 1555 hrs explained the problem and target time for attendance 60 -90 mins

Lets see if they meet that and can fix it on site

Any bets ?

That's more than 90 minutes - failed??????

Arrived 1645hrs battery shown as completley flat. Bike jump started but battery not charging up. Battery taken away for test as machine carried unable to conclusively state that it was dead. Will charge it tommorrow and test then and bring back on Monday.
