Anyone on the forum a CBT bike test instructor. Having to think about career options (again)!

Would appreciate any advice or experience.

you've maybe limited your readership by sticking this just in the E Mids section. Have a look in the section for rider training etc on here - you can tell from some of the replies that there are quite a few instructor types on here (whether qualified or not ).

LordSnooty on here is deffo an instructor and a helpful chap - you could try him.

It seems a shame to have trained for 7 years to do a job that saves peoples lives to then do a job paying significantly less (i assume) that puts lives in danger
