'89 R100GS with twinpot brembo is sometimes binding so one or both pistons must get stuck on.
What to do to free these up, or do I need to replace them ?
Cheers

take it apart, clean it, fit new seals/pistons as applicable, reassemble.

Before a rebuild I would check that both pistons are coming out together, some times just pumping them out and pushing them back a few times eases them off Also make sure any pins that the pads are sliding on are crud free, they should be very clean.

+1 - The only way

All the bits should be fine

a nice job - quick if you rush it or take your time and a couple of hours will see it done

Clean the bits with brake fluid and ware "rubber gloves"

You need to replace your brake fluid and bleed them anyway

new pins, (for the pads), are good - the usual places sell stainless ones - talk to them they will tell you what you need

an air line is a good way to get the pistons out if they are stuck - but BE CAREFUL as they will shoot out
