Bits falling off?

I think someone else on here mentioned the boot guard coming off ,part of the enduro pack ? Theyr'e only glued on apparently!

When he said ‘bits dropping off”, I did wonder if it was the bike or the rider. I’m sure I’m losing it…

To be fair, BMW UK bunged him a spare bike while they replaced the engine (dealer not allowed to do it for some reason) along with £4k worth of vouchers...

Sounds like someone on the production line dropped a bollock and didn’t mention it to the boss

4 grand and a loan bike is quite an apology

No confirmation but my mate said his impression was that his wasn't the first. On a more positive note, he's enjoyed both engines...

I heard about this, looked at mine, both loose then one peeled off and fell on the floor. They are fixed with a thin layer of adhesive and suction on a thin edge. Dealer replaced with double sided tape which isnt a real solution.

Good quality double sided tape, properly applied is the proper and only solution and should never come loose again.

Can't beat a bit of sticky tape on a £23,000 bike!
