Blue LED instrument lights

Has anyone put Blue LED bulbs in their instrument lights(clocks) & if they have what bulbs do you ask for & which ones etc. etc. Cheers, Rick.

I have tryed it on my 1100GS, but realised there are 2 bulbs/instrument

So I ended up only making the speedometer and left the revmeter alone. It ended up well, I was satisfyed with the result, but keep in mind that you have to use large angle LED's like 120 degrees or so for the best effect.

I have no pics of the job though...

I just coloured mine with a marker pen as I found the std bulbs to be too bright.
It was a temporary measure before a trial about three years ago!!!!
Only just replaced them with orange bulbs as a couple had blown anyway.

I brought some from hi somthing leds, since then keep sending me ad's!. Not bright enough to see speedo properly look nice but had to remove them for the original ulbs.
