Have started the repairs on the bike following my recent off, all broken parts replaced with mostly pattern items to keep costs down, however I cannot find a BMW badge listed anywhere.

I'm after the badge that goes on the black panel on the side fairing, it's around 56mm, I can't find it listed on a parts fiche on any of the usual parts site, or on any listed on ebay etc they are all too big. Any idea where I can get one or has anyone got one going spare?

I'm trying to avoid the main stealer if I can.

Cant see it being an enormous price - if you've managed top get the rest pattern, I'd invest in the proper one.


Or someone may have one lying around

Nothing that I can see on eBay all for cars or already attached to a panel, will go to dealer if nothing else turns up but thought I'd try here first, you never know

How hard did you look?

The wheel centre type domed badges may not be suitable but look on e bay for bmw car boot or bonnet badges some of the pattern ones may be right, if you find a one the right size the likes of eurocarparts sell a range of aftermarket badges

I think they are just decals? I did a search for "BMW 56mm" and found much the same

I fitted SAAB/Scania badges to my 1200. It confuses the old feckers.

Bought them off ebay. BMW badges must be available on there too.

They're not the original, I had them made, they're 3D plastic and you wouldn't know them from original. They'll do you until you get the right part. Gracie had hers stolen from her XCountry, they're 56mm
