So I get my renewal quote for my BMW/Devitt F800GS policy through - 182.68 with the usual blurb asking about change of details. The only thing thats changed is that I had 2 bikes on the policy - a 08 F800GS and a 02 650GS DAKAR which I have recently sold. On telling them this they said they would need to process the change and came back with a quote of £240.00. On pushing them on how ridiculous this is I was told they have checked and I had a multi-bike discount? Im stunned and will now hit the insurance market for another company.....

You could try doing the quote online and see what it comes out at. I have found that they often come out at a lower level and it gives you some bargaining power with them.

Devitt are the spawn of the devil and I will do my dammedest never to use them again.

But then that could just be my previous experiences with them.
