Think im going to stick a deposit down on one next week. What colour though.....blue me thinks. Tried the watercooled gs today , fantastiche!

Finally, a bike that might persuade me to trade in my old trusty 1150GSA..... but like many others, I'll wait for the first edition to be tested by the BMW Motorrad R&D division (the first 2 years of buyers!) before getting one..... you just KNOW it will have issues initially!

You need to remember that the GSA is fundamentally a GS with some extra suspension travel and a bigger tank.

As the GS will have been out for a year when the GSA is launched don't you think that most of the gremlins will have been sorted? I do.

You don't have to have the knobblys I can't wait till March for my new Olive Matt LE which is ordered as to waiting for 2 years re niggle fixes Bugga that ! That would be 40k less miles!

I think this is going to be the one to have I shall be ordering one in Feb / March will be selling the WC privately. really want the chance to see one so I can make my mind up on colour, Im thinking Olive at the mo.

It is going to be a LE Olive Matt for me.....

Mine will probably be white; it'll be the LE and I'll have the optional riding lamps, satnav, and full luggage. I'll have to check out what the add-on packages consist of prior to placing the actual order.

I'm ordering an alpine white one with everything apart from the akra ! Cancelled my GS order last week to get one of these beasts.

By the way I have a brand new set of TT crash bars that I ordered for the GS for sale unopened freshly sealed ! Can't use them on adventure it comes with a set although I prefers the TT bars

Not sure about the Khaki. I like blue, but not certain about the blue seat?
White seems a bit wishy washy? Will wait until I've seen them at the show until I decide.
I'm also hoping the "1200" decal comes off.
Other than that I'm having an LE with Ally panniers, top box and a new BMW Navigator as I'm selling the old one with my current GSA (Deal Done).
Will get a HP Pipe on it if I can hear one first.
Hoping to pick it up from Williams on or near launch day.

I have the HP pipe and think it sounds just right. Of course this varies with ones taste but would describe the sound with baffles out as perfect for me. Not too loud but enough sound to let one have a sense that the thing is alive.

I happened to visit my local dealer today, by chance they had a LC in with a HP pipe on it!
Had a little listen to it. liked it.
