Mate of mine researching Mandellos told me about a"pre-registered" bike at MSC, could it be the same one, interestingly two different prices on theor website and ebay (listing 166606235591 )

If it is the same bike, wonder if the dealer has tried to remedy the problems or selling it as a used bike and feels they don't have the same obligations.

I would guess it’s the one because they had no more, I purchased the panniers with the bike.
Pre-reg my arse, makes you wonder what they have done about the engine paint, rattle can fix ? The bike should have gone back to MG, it’s dishonest way to shift a bike and one of the reasons why bods should stay well clear of MSC.
Perhaps a prospective buyer could e Mail them, to enquire if this bike is the famous one that was returned as it was crap

Makes you question why the registration date is not in the spec tab of the bike's details as it is on their other stock - afraid someone will recognise it as the celebrity bike. If so they clearly feel it is of merchantable quality for a used albeit effectively new bike. They will still be on a sticky wicket if a distance sale with an unsuspecting punter who would reasonably expect it to be as per a new bike.
They are probably relying on someone seeing the bike in the flesh and the customer having a chance to inspect it, which probably won't be carefully as they again would reasonably expect it to be as new.
Either way it smacks of dishonesty.

1.The registration number for the pre-registered Mandello V100 S with luggage is FP73XYX. Best regards, Darren Sales
2. The original buyer changed his mind at last minute.
So the bike is technically one owner but has never left our dealership.

So is this definately the same bike that Ding Dong sent back?
Well it's the same registration number in posts #346 and #349.
I've just Googled 'Guzzi Mandello corrosion' - This thread was the first hit.
YES! The reg does match that on DinDong' Paperwork
Should I call them and politely as if bikes has ben back to Guzzi? 
I might add the reg number to the google review that I left on there google business page.
