Cam Chain Adjuster

I'm looking at changing the above on my 1150gs (noisy on tick-over)
Just had the bike / manual out to look at whats involved and it looks a nightmare to do!
Do i have to remove the Telelever and Throttle body to gain access or is there an easier way????

Just remove the throttle body.

I presume that there is enough room to withdraw the unit beneath the telelever and it does not need torqueing down afterwards
