Changing brake/clutch fluid - 1150gs

Hi,

I need to change the brakeclutch fluid this service on my '04 1150gsa with servo (tokico) brakes. Have not done this before but do most other maintenance on it so am planning to give it a bash.

I trawled around the site and various other online resources with varying success so.... could the 'great and the good' tell me:

1. What equipment I need?
2. Do I need one of those bleeding kits and if so, which is best?
3. Is there an 'idiots guide' or youtude video showing how to do it?

I read it through a few times before the principle of the job jelled. 4 separate circuits, and 4 separate reservoirs.

This is the only one that ive found on the net...not brill but gives you an idea of the work involved...
