When I start the GS 1150 from cold and slightly rev up it makes like a chirping squeak noise in synchro with me revving it.

It disappears after a few hundred yards when its built up a little warmth.

It only does it when I slightly rev the throttle from idle.

It could be the belt, its coming from that area I think

When belt was changed ? It could be loose or wars case need replacing , not to big job and not to expensive. Around 10-15 Euro if DIY

Everything is normal, it goes after a couple of mins. I changed it a few years ago and have a spare old new one somewhere.

It's been sat a couple of years, miles may improve it if not I've got a spare anyways .
