Well what a difference a day makes. A couple of days ago I was out and about on my GSA when I noticed a nice wee trail of oil coming from the oil filler cap when I was sitting at about 80mph. Being near to Dundee at the time I thought I would head to Clarks thinking that it would be a straight forward O ring or seal. On entering the dealership I was directed to the service area. Having looked at my bike the member of staff hummed and hawed spoke about having to order parts and basically appeared totally uninterested in my problem and was just glad to see the back of me....talk about bad bloody manners!!!!I WILL NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CROSS THERE DOOR AGAIN.
Next day headed for Motorad, walked in, described the problem and within 10mins the bike had been wheeled in, the parts found, fitted, the bike cleaned and pushed back out again.
What a difference, the staff are welcoming, friendly and provide a service that in my experience is just spot on, If anyone out there can't make up there mind where to get their bike serviced, take it from me Motorad in Bishopbriggs is by far and away the best option.

Have to agree , had my 1100gs serviced by them and they couldnt have been more helpful. There was a problem with the co2 potentiometer so they were unable to set the co2 or balance the injectors. The staff were very apologetic because the parts were not in stock and would I be able to bring the bike back. I returned the bike and they were still unable to find the problem so I was given a loan bike till mine was repaired. The bike was returned a week later running better than it has ever done. But before they handed it back to me the mechanic checked the valve clearances etc again just to be sure everything was just as it should be. I cannot recommend them highly enough :clap
