Now I am working through a few other jobs after replacing the timing chain and fitting a new Halls trigger/ignition module/rectifier I want to pin down the RH pot clattering... It is fairly "hard" sound and seems to be more inboard around the inside end of the pushrod... I am wondering if it's the camshaft follower tapping away as they are mentioned by some to wear...?
Usual noises on the LH pot which is reassuring
At some point I expect the engine will get a top end strip down and new valves etc...
