Can any one give me some info on clutch adjustment GS -PD New clutch and cable.

IIRC I set the 201mm at the lever, by adjusting the handlebar clutch lever adjuster with the bolt fully out of the way. Then, set the play for the handlebar by setting the bolt that's hidden away. Then checked the 201mm and lever play after tightening up the locknut.

Adjust the 201mm of the actuator arm to case distance using the adjuster on the lever.
Set the 2mm free play of the lever at the arm adjuster on gearbox.

That's what I RTFM'ed anyway

Guys, am totally lost.....

I was told to adjust the arm so that it is just back from square to the line of the bike - with the bolt on the clutch arm
Then when you take the slack up at the H/Bar end to make sure that it is not tight when bars are turned or owt ( leave a bit of slack so the cable is not tight )
